Engagement Session in Hudson, Wisconsin

It's no secret that Hudson is a city full of fun and beauty. With downtown lined with restaurants and stores, Willow River State Park on the North side of town, the river with its sailboats and migratory birds...Hudson is the perfect place for engagement photos! So if you're in the Twin Cities area or Western Wisconsin, you may want to consider your engagement session in Hudson, Wisconsin!
I met up with Nicole and Harry along the river, by the Hudson Dike for some engagement photos in July, and it was a GORGEOUS day! The sailboats in the background were *chef's kiss*
We only had about 15 minutes, as it was just a quick mini session, but I think we knocked it out of the park! We took some time between photos on the dike, on the dock where all the boats are, in the grassy area with the St. Croix River as a backdrop. I am obsessed with this session! It was so much fun to shoot here and I seriously can't wait to come back and do more photos one day! Bonus points if you have a sailboat and want to do photos ON the boat!!
We only spent our time by the river, but as mentioned in the beginning, Hudson is full of photo opportunities! I've done a fair amount of photos at Willow River State Park, where you can find fields, forests and a waterfall. You can also do some fun and flirty photos at your favorite local bar, visit the Hudson Dike Beach, visit any of the gorgeous parks...honestly, the options are endless!
